Team Leadership & Production Coaching
- Mentor and support loan officers in building consistent referral relationships
- Help team members improve business planning, pipeline management, and production strategies
- Foster accountability and a strong performance culture
- Identify and attract experienced loan officers seeking a more supportive and growth-focused platform
- Share the EquiMax vision and help candidates see how they can build their business within the brokerage
- Participate in building a scalable recruiting pipeline
- Help increase team production through structured coaching and leadership engagement

- Proven experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
- Strong understanding of loan programs, guidelines, and relationship-based business development
